SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC has picked Cortland's Aliesha Howard as the final Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the 2023 season. The conference championship will be at Oneonta on Saturday, October 28.

Howard was Cortland's top performer at the Cornell John Reif Memorial Run on Friday with a 15th-place time of 21 minutes, 46.7 seconds over 5,000 meters. The field consisted primarily of runners from Division I Cornell and Syracuse along with Cortland.
