ICE HOCKEY PLAYER - Morrisville
Chris Cerbino, sophomore forward

Morrisville sophomore forward Chris Cerbino (Highland, NY/Canterbury School) tallied his first two goals of the season as Morrisville improved to 3-1 in the conference. Cerbino scored a power-play goal mid-way through the third period to propel the Mustangs to a 3-2 road win over nationally No. 8-ranked Plattsburgh State. It is the first win in seven tries against the Cardinals. He also netted the first goal of the game against Potsdam on Friday.
 
ICE HOCKEY GOALIE - Potsdam
Trevor O'Neill, junior

Trevor O'Neill (Bobcaygeon, ONT/Stouffville Spirit) stopped 30 of 32 shots in Potsdam's home opener to snap a three-game losing skid and hand Morrisville its first conference loss of the season. O'Neill played all 60 minutes between the pipes with a .938 save percentage as he improved to 2-2 on the season.
 
ICE HOCKEY ROOKIE - Buffalo State
Mac Balson, freshman forward

Mac Balson (Lakefield, CT/Adam Scott CVI) becomes the second consecutive SUNYAC Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week, following on the heels of goalie Kevin Carr. Balson scored his first collegiate goal with 51-seconds remaining in a 5-4 win over Brockport. Buffalo State went 1-0-1 on the weekend for its third straight undefeated game to improve to 2-2-1 on the year.
 
MEN'S SWIMMING - Potsdam
Ryan Wentz, junior

Ryan Wentz (Pendleton, NY/Starpoint) won three individual events as the Potsdam Bears defeated Brockport 156.5-136.5 in a dual meet. Wentz won the 100 and 200 butterfly as he beat the competition by two and twelve seconds, respectively. He also won the 1000 free in a time of 10:49.35, 18 seconds ahead of the runner-up.
 
WOMEN'S SWIMMING - Geneseo
Michelle Rodriguez, senior

Geneseo senior Michelle Rodriguez (Yorktown, NY/Yorktown) was a triple winner in the dual meet against Cortland. Rodriguez won the 100 and 200 backstrokes in 1:01.29 and 2:11.18 and the 50 freestyle in 24.74. In addition, Rodriguez was part of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:43.22 with a split time of 53.12.

MEN'S DIVING - Brockport
Dan Brigano, senior

Dan Brigano (Utica, NY/Proctor) eclipsed the NCAA Division III Championship qualifying standard in both the one- and three-meters against Potsdam Saturday. Brigano competed for the first time in two weeks and won the one-meter (288.20) and the three-meter (292.15) for Brockport.
 
WOMEN'S DIVING - Fredonia
Sarah Ficarro, sophomore

Sophomore Sarah Ficarro (Owego, NY/Owego) was a double winner for Fredonia against Alfred University to earn her second straight SUNYAC female diver of the week honor. She set a new Alfred pool mark on the 3-meter board with a score of 253.80 and also won the 1-meter competition with 240.64 points.
