The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), Learfield Sports and USA Today present the award annually to recognize overall excellence among collegiate athletic programs. Williams is in first place with a score of 743.25 points.
Geneseo finds themselves seeded 13th after taking SUNYAC championships in both men's and women's swimming and diving, as well as making the Frozen Four in Men's Ice Hockey.
Cortland sits in 40th overall after SUNYAC championships in both men's indoor track & field and men's basketball. The Red Dragons had a great winter propelling them up the standings.
Oneonta rounds out the SUNYAC teams in the top 50 at #44 overall. The women's soccer team made the second round of the NCAA tournament and the men's soccer team made their second straight appearance in the semifinals of the NCAA tournament. In the winter season they added their first ever SUNYAC championship in women's indoor track & field.
