SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC picks Geneseo's Trent Makowiec and Brockport's Kyra Russ as this week's Men's and Women's Diver of the Week respectively.

For the sixth time this season, Makowiec has been named the SUNYAC Men's Diver of the Week. He helped lead the Knights to a sweep at the Ithaca Tri-Meet, as he took first place in both diving events. In the one-meter, Makowiec scored a 362.10, and then in the three-meter dive, Makowiec put up 365.90.

Rus earns her seventh recognition as the SUNYAC Women's Diver of the Week this season. She earned first place on the 3-meter board (267.30) and second on the 1-meter board (260.85). Russ scored 13 points in Brockport's dual victory over Nazareth at home.
