Bull, Torgner and Krulicki Tabbed SUNYAC Men's Ice Hockey Athletes of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC names Shane Bull (Oswego) the Men's Ice Hockey Player of the Week, Jacob Torgner (Geneseo) the Goaltender of the Week and Brock Krulicki (Oswego) the Rookie of the Week.

Bull led the Lakers to a perfect weekend of SUNYAC play as they went 2-0 including a win over #1 Plattsburgh. On Friday, he recorded 2 goals and 2 assists in the 6-0 win over Potsdam. On Saturday, he set the tone with the first goal of the game and later assisted on another goal in a 5-3 win over #1 Plattsburgh.

Torgner was outstanding in goal for the Ice Knights this past weekend, going 2-0 with a pair of shutouts. In a 4-0 win over Fredonia, the freshman tallied 34 saves, and in a 5-0 win over Buffalo St. he tallied 34 saves for a total of 64 on his perfect weekend.

Krulicki played a pivotal role in the Lakers pulling off two SUNYAC wins over the weekend. On Friday, he had one goal and one assist in the 6-0 win over Potsdam on Friday evening. Then on Saturday, he notched an unassisted goal in the 5-3 win over #1 Plattsburgh.
