Empey scored a pair of important goals for the Knights as they split a weekend against vaunted NESCAC opponents. Against Amherst, Empey scored the eventual game-winner, tallying his first short-handed score on the season. Against Williams, Empey tied the game, 4-4, in the third period with a power play goal, his seventh power play tally of the season. Empey leads the SUNYAC and ranks third in the country with 10 goals this season.
