Gonzalez registered a hat trick to lift the Hawks over Fredonia 4-1 on Saturday, giving New Paltz its first conference win of the season. Gonzalez scored in the 25th minute, the 65th minute and the 90th minute and added an assist for a seven-point outing. In 2014, Gonzalez finished with a team-high 10 goals, 23 points and 47 shots and ranks in the top-10 in the SUNYAC in goals, goals per game, points, points per game, shots and shots per game.
