Coddington won two events and was part of three relays that finished second at the Diamond City Invitational hosted by Wilkes. Coddington's performances helped lead the Red Dragons to a second place team finish. Coddington posted personal best times of 22.31 and 48.91 in winning the 50 and 100-yard freestyle events respectively. He swam the leadoff leg for the 200, 400 and 800-yard freestyle relays.
