Daniel Rodriguez continued his stellar young career, collecting three victories in Oswego's 127-115 win at Buffalo State. The freshman also broke two pool records on the afternoon. Rodriguez snapped Buffalo State's pool record in the 1650-yard freestyle, touching the wall in 16:09.01 nearly two minutes faster than the next closest swimmer for Oswego's first event win of the day. His 1,000-yard split time of 9:44.99 in that race also set a new pool mark. Rodriguez then took a nearly nine-second triumph in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:30.74. Finally, he capped the day with a triumph in the 500-yard free, touching the wall in 4:55.58.
