Watson won the 157 lb. Division at the Cardinal Invitational, Sunday. Watson defeated Nassem Smith (Cortland) 18-2 in his opening match. He pinned Brockport's Sam Zeigler in the quarterfinals and defeated sophomore Carter Tadusz 22-6 in the semifinals. Watson was a 7-1 winner over Akio Sanders (Ithaca) in the championship match.
