The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) No. 1 West seed, Geneseo (9-1), defeated the top East seed, New Paltz (8-2), 5-0, to capture the SUNYAC Women's Tennis Championship title Sunday at the Binghamton Tennis Center. This match completed the eight-team, three-day tournament.

The Blue Knights win their second consecutive SUNYAC title, fourth in the past five seasons and sixth overall (1998, 2001, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012). Geneseo earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Div. III Championships in May of 2013.

The second and third seeds from the East faced off prior to the championship game. Oneonta defeated Plattsburgh, 5-2, to finish third overall.
