Baseball World Series Game Sunday Postponed

Cortland's game Sunday at the NCAA Div. III Baseball World Series in Grand Chute, Wis., has been postponed due to the weather.

The Red Dragons were scheduled to play Sunday at 4:30 p.m. (Central) in the "Pool A" finals versus the winner of the Ramapo/Frostburg elimination game, which was set for a 10 a.m. start. However, rain has postponed all of Sunday's games. Frostburg and Ramapo will play Monday at 9 a.m., and Cortland is scheduled to face that winner Monday at 3:15 p.m. needing just one win to advance to the best-of-three championship series.

If Cortland loses, the Red Dragons would face a final winner-take-all game for the Pool A title on Tuesday.
