SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC names Potsdam's Kawar Singh its Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jauary 7.

Singh recorded a 10-point and 20-rebound performance with four blocks as the Bears slayed Buffalo State 77-60 in Friday night's matchup. The following evening, Singh produced another 13-point and 20-rebound double-double performance, this time with three blocks, in a one-point loss over Fredonia. Singh's 40 rebounds in back-to-back games is the best by a Potsdam men's basketball player in the last two seasons.
