
Cortland Wins 2025 SUNYAC-AMCC Men's Swimming & Diving Championship
BUFFALO, N.Y. - Cortland won the overall men's team title at the four-day SUNYAC-AMCC swimming and diving championships that capped off Saturday at the Burt Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College (ECC). The Red Dragons were the top team across both SUNYAC and AMCC teams with 867 points. Penn State Behrend placed second and Oswego third overall. This is the first year the SUNYAC hosted a combined championship with the AMCC.

200 backstroke - Glenn Fowkes, Penn State Behrend
100 freestyle - Anthony Tumino, Penn State Behrend
200 breaststroke - Will Perham, Penn State Behrend
200 butterfly - Tim Compton, Penn State Behrend
3-Meter Diving - Conor Compton, Alfred State
400 freestyle relay - Penn State Behrend; Anthony Tumino, Isaac Stoeckle, Nicolin Pierce, Zachary Turner

James Fulton Award - James Llewellyn, Oneonta
The James Fulton and Grace Mowatt Awards are given annually to a senior male and female swimmer/diver based on the following criteria: All America honors, All-SUNYAC honors, improvement throughout collegiate career and academic achievement. James Fulton coached at Brockport for 25 years, winning 78% of the team's dual meets and three of the first five SUNYAC Championships. Fulton coached nine All-American swimmers and saw three of this swimmers become coaches of DI programs.
