SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC has selected Oneonta's Jonthomas Bierman as this week's Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Bierman won the annual Oneonta Airfield Invitational on Friday afternoon. The senior ran a personal best 6k time of 19:55.3 to help the Red Dragons finish second overall.
