CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) highlights Cortland's Danika Svendsen in this week's Women's Soccer Senior Spotlight.

The Stillwater, N.Y. native is a two-time third-team All-SUNYAC goalie (2018 and 2019). Last season she started in 20 games, averaged 1.04 goals-against and had six shutouts, including a 1-0 overtime win at Geneseo in the SUNYAC championship game. Svendsen was named to the 2019 SUNYAC all-tournament team after leading Cortland to its first conference title since 2012 and ninth overall. She is a criminology major with a minor in Spanish.
