OSWEGO, N.Y. - Oswego won the 2023 SUNYAC men's basketball championship after defeating Brockport, 74-63, Saturday at Oswego. This is the Lakers second-straight and 10th overall conference crown. With the win Oswego earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.
Cartier Bowman was named the Tournament MVP after totaling 18 points, 20 rebounds, four steals, two blocks and an assist for the Lakers in the semifinal and final games.
