Geneseo Ice Hockey Takes Top Seed at the end of Regular-Season

Geneseo captured the SUNYAC ice hockey regular-season title with a 14-2 conference record. The last time the Knights won the SUNYAC Championship Crown was in 2006 and they have four SUNYAC titles overall.
 
No. 1 Geneseo and No. 2 Plattsburgh State earned a bye and will host the semifinals on campus Saturday, March 1. The Knights will play the lowest remaining seed while the Cardinals will play the second lowest remaining seed after Oswego and Buffalo State host Fredonia and Brockport Wednesday, February 26 in the quarterfinal games at 7 p.m. The final is set for Saturday, March 8 on the campus of the highest remaining seed at 7 p.m.
