Several people were on hand to make a memorable event, which came full with holiday music filling the venue, an emcee to engage all those involved, skate shop to make sure all visitors were properly equipped to take part in the events as well as concessions.
Auxiliary Services donated two jerseys, one to be auctioned off at each session, in order to raise money for SEFA/United Way. The student-athletes from both teams aided skaters on the ice and were also available for autographs throughout the afternoon.
In all, the Oswego State Holiday Skate brought in $520 that was turned over to SEFA/United Way to assist its efforts.
