The United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced its 2015 All-American team recognizing seven State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) athletes. 

Cortland, the 2015 SUNYAC Champions, had six athletes on the list while Plattsburgh had one.
