SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC has named Geneseo's Alex Palmer and Trent Makowiec the Men's Swimmer and Diver of the Week respectively.

Palmer led Geneseo to an impressive 243-57 win over Cortland on Saturday. Palmer won three events in the meet, the 100 yard breaststroke (59.59), the 200 yard breaststroke (2:12.49), and the 200 yard IM (2:00.98). Palmer was also on the second place 200 yard Medley Relay team (1:38.91).

In the dive events against Cortland, Makowiec took first in both the 1 and 3 meter dives. Makowiec scored 297.60 in the one-meter dive and 298.95 in the three-meter dive.
