Sophomore attack from Cortland, Geremia had an incredible year to say the least as she dominated this season as Player of the Year for the SUNYAC Conference. Geremia started every game this season in which she scored 42 goals, had 57 assists and combined for 99 points. She helped lead Cortland to an undefeated regular season, and also won the SUNYAC Championship for the 16th straight season.
Freshman attack Wall had a fantastic season for the Golden Eagles which culminated in her winning Rookie of the Year. She started every game in her first season which led to a team-high 47 goals. She also has 16 assists which gave her a team-high 63 points as well. She helped Brockport make it to the SUNYAC tournament where they were eventually defeated in the first round by Oneonta.
In her sixth season as the head coach for Cortland, Taylor has led the Red Dragons to their first undefeated regular season since 2006, as well as six consecutive SUNYAC titles and NCAA Division III playoff appearances. Cortland has a combined record of 112-16 under Coach Taylor as well. This year she once again brought her team to win the SUNYAC Championship by overcoming Geneseo 14-3. She will now bring her team to the NCAA Division III Tournament where she hopes to bring home her first NCAA DIII Championship. This is the second time Taylor as been honored with the SUNYAC Coach of the Year Award (2011).
