In Wiley's ninth season as the head coach of the Knights, this is his first time earning the honor as the SUNYAC Coach of the Year. The last Geneseo coach to win this award was Aimee Canale in 2002. Wiley led the Knights to a 16-2-2 overall record. Drastically improved from their 2013-2014 overall record of 7-8-5. The Knights went on to win the SUNYAC Championship this season making it their sixth overall SUNYAC title.
Johnston started all 18 games and aided the Knights defense to 11 shutouts this season. Their defense was stellar, the most goals they allowed in a single game was two. In 18 games, they only gave up eight goals. Johnston was part of a solid defense that led Geneseo to become the 2014 SUNYAC Women's Soccer Champions.
In Leah Greene's first collegiate season, she helped her team finish the regular season 14-2-2 overall. Greene started all 18 games for the Knights. She scored 11 goals, had 4 assists, giving her a total of 26 points. She ranks in the fourth in the conference in five different categories. Points, points per game, goals, goals per game, and game winning goals. Greene was named the SUNYAC Tournament MVP after scoring the game-winning goal in the SUNYAC Championship game Saturday.
