SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The SUNYAC selects Oneonta teammates Thomas Hnis and Harrison Boukas as its first 2024 Men's Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Athletes of the Week respectively.

Hnis recorded four goals on five shots in his first collegiate game as he helped Oneonta defeat Utica, 11-5, in their season opener. Hnis scored the first goal of the game and netted two more in man-up opportunities in the Red Dragons win.

Boukas locked down the goal in SUNY Oneonta's 11-5 season opening win over Utica. Boukas recorded 15 saves for a 75.0 percent save percentage and picked up five ground balls in the Red Dragons victory.
