SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Kieran Sheridan of Geneseo and Shevaughn Allen from Buffalo State have been selected as this week's Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the week.

Sheridan took first place and set a school record in the 500 meter by finishing with a time of 1:04.33. His time is currently ranked No. 1 in Division III.

Allen had an extremely strong showing for the Bengals in the first meet of 2023 at the Brockport Winter Welcome Back Meet on Saturday. He placed first in the triple jump with the fourth-longest mark in the nation to this point at 14.70 meters, besting second place by nearly a full meter. Allen also snagged the 21st-best leap in the country in the long jump at 6.95 meters on the way to a second-place finish.
