SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Cortland freshman Isaiah Brunache has been selected the SUNYAC Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

The rookie from Bennington, Vt., finished second out of 41 competitors in the shot put with a throw of 14.61 meters (47' 11.25"), and he placed second out of 31 entrees in the weight throw with a toss of 16.19 meters (43' 1.5").

The two second-place finishes took place at the Nazareth College Conference Challenge Cup and were AARTFC qualifiers.
