BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - New Paltz defeated Geneseo, 5-0, to win its second-straight and ninth overall SUNYAC women's tennis championship title, Saturday at the Binghamton University Lane - Starke Tennis Center. The Hawks earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Division III tournament with the win.
New Paltz's Justine Stanejko was named the SUNYAC Women's Tennis Tournament MVP for the second year in a row after going undefeated in both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.
