SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Cortland teammates Hunter Brignall and Amarian Hughes are this week's SUNYAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week respectively.

Brignall finished first out of 20 runners in the 5,000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup. His time of 14:59.70 is an AARTFC qualifier. Brignall helped Cortland win the team title at the nine-school event.

Hughes finished second in the triple jump at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup. His distance of 14.79 meters (48' 6.25") currently ranks third nationally in Division III and is an AARTFC qualifier. Hughes helped Cortland claim the team title at the nine-school meet.
