SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Brockport teammates Emily Lefrois-Heath and Kyra Russ have been named the SUNYAC Women's Swimmer and Diver of the Week respectively.

Lefrois-Heath made some waves in the pool finishing first in the 400-yard individual medley in 4:49.14, four seconds off from the school record and only five seconds off from the pool record. She dominated the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:21.97 and a first place finish. She was also apart of the 400 yard medley relay that finished first with a time of 4:19.51.

Russ is back following her broken foot injury earlier this season, she placed first this weekend in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. On the 1-meter she recorded a score of 227.84 and on the 3-meter a 228.67.
