SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The SUNYAC picks Cortland's Leah Bernhardt as the Women's Swimmer of the Week and Brockport's Kyra Russ as the Diver of the Week.

Bernhardt won the 200-yard freestyle in a field of 26 swimmers in 1:59.45 and also won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:17.54 at the Merchant Marine Academy Memorial Invitational. Bernhard also placed fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:42.07).

Russ took first place in both the 3-meter dive (438.55 points) and the 1-meter dive (428.25). Russ earned a provisional mark in the 3-meter dive, qualifying for NCAA Regionals.
