SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Brockport teammates Emily LeFrois-Heath and Kyra Russ are this week's SUNYAC Women's Swimmer and Diver of the Week respectively.

Clocking in at 11:29.81, LeFrois-Heath won the 1,000-yard freestyle race. Brockport grabbed another win in the 100-yard breaststroke thanks to LeFrois-Heath's time of 1:14.96. She also led the pack in the 50-fly with a time of 27.91 for another first place finish. LeFrois-Heath also took first as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:42.06.

Russ celebrated her Senior Day this past weekend with first-place scores on the 1-meter and 3-meter boards. She scored a 269.15 on the 1-meter and a 252.75 on the 3-meter.
