Olson Selected Player of the Week After Leading Devils to West No. 1 Seed

Junior Lindsey Olsen (Portville, NY) led the Blue Devils to a weekend sweep at SUNYAC West Pool Play and nailed down the West's No. 1 seed for the fifth straight year. Her strong weekend included a performance in a 3-1 win over Geneseo in which she had 23 kills (.555) five digs and two solo blocks. The 23 kills are the most by a Blue Devil in a four-set match since 2000. In a five-set match against Brockport, Olsen totaled 20 kills (.356) and seven digs. On the weekend she finished with 58 kills hitting .400 and 26 digs in 15 games played.
