
Corrigan Named 2024 SUNYAC Field Hockey Scholar Athlete of the Year
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Cortland's Hanna Corrigan is the 2024 SUNYAC Field Hockey Scholar Athlete of the Year as nominated and voted on by the conference sports information directors.
In the classroom, Corrigan is a senior fitness development major at Cortland. She maintains a 3.57 cumulatiive GPA.
Corrigan was a NFHCA First Team All-America midfielder and First Team Synapse Sports All-American in 2024. She was also named the NFHCA Region 3 Player of the Year and SUNYAC Offensive Player of the Year. Corrigan was the SUNYAC Tournament MVP after helping Cortland win its third straight SUNYAC title. This season, she scored 18 goals and had 5 assists for 41 points with four-game winning goals in 20 games. Over her career, Corrigan totaled 46 goals and 27 assists for 119 points in 75 games.
