Six State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) athletes have been recognized by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) as Division III Upstate Basketball All-Stars for their success during the 2013-14 basketball season.

All six of the athletes were honored on the SUNYAC All-Conference First Team in March while John Ivy and Kathleen Payne were named the SUNYAC Men's and Women's Basketball Player of the Year respectively.
