GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's lacrosse team will take on Amherst in the first round of the NCAA tournament, as announced during the NCAA selection show on Sunday night. The Knights will travel to Salisbury this weekend for the first round matchup. Salisbury will be facing Colorado College in the other opening round matchup.

Geneseo earned an automatic bid to the tournament after knocking off Cortland in the SUNYAC Championship game on Saturday. To read the full recap from the title game, click here.
