SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Cortland and Geneseo tied for the No. 1 spot in the 2023 SUNYAC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll as voted on by the conference coaches.

In 2022, the Knights won their second-straight and 10th overall women's soccer league crown in a penalty-kick shootout, 4-3, after playing to a 1-1 tie to Cortland. This season, the Red Dragons will play for their 10th overall title and first since 2019.

New Paltz, voted No. 3 in the poll, will look to capture its second-ever SUNYAC crown after winning in 2011.
