RIT's Harkless and Lamson Earn SUNYAC Men's Wrestling Weekly Honors
CORTLAND, N.Y. - RIT's Josh Harkless and Jack Lamson earn this week's SUNYAC Men's Wrestler of the Week and Rookie of the week respectively.
Harkless posted a 2-0 record at the Tiger Duals, Saturday. Harkless, ranked No. 3 at 285 lb., pinned Walter Thomas 35 seconds into his match to seal the Tigers 39-8 victory over New Jersey City and pinned John Carroll's Thomas Lunt 49 seconds into their match.
Lamson recorded a 2-0 record at the Tiger Duals, Saturday. Lamson defeated Diego Viera with an 18-2 technical fall at 174 lb. in the Tigers 39-8 win over New Jersey City and was a 14-6 winner over John Carroll's Frank Gallo at 165 lb. in the final match of the day.
