FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Six members of the Fredonia State hockey team have have been named 2023-24 Krampade/American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholars. David Sudbrink, Cam Birkeland, Xavier Fortin, and Antoine St. Onge all earned perfect 4.0 GPAs in the spring of 2024. 

Ethan Pitzman (3.91) and Dillon Schmidt (3.85) were also honored. 

Overall, Sudbrink, a senior, has maintained a 4.0 through his academic career. St. Onge finished his freshman year with a 3.97. 

To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester, and had to appear in 40% of the team's games.
