For the first time D3baseball.com named All-Region teams. More than 700 players were nominated for these awards among the eight regions. SUNYAC had 11 athletes voted to the first, second or third team and Cortland senior pitcher Ray Angelucci was named the New York Region pitcher of the year.
Cortland headlined the winners list for the SUNYAC, with eight players receiving honors. The College at Brockport had two pitchers selected and Oneonta State had one athlete named.
