SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Geneseo teammates Molly Brown and Meg Seeley are being recognized as this week's SUNYAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Athletes of the Week repsectively.

Brown was dominant on the offensive end for the Knights, leading them to a 3-0 week with wins over Buffalo State, Clarkson, and Potsdam. Brown posted 17 points on 11 goals and six assists. Against Plattsburgh, Brown notched her 100th career point in just her sophomore campaign, she finished the game with four goals and three assists. In a 12-9 win over Clarkson, she tallied four goals and two assists, and against Buffalo State she added three goals and one assist.

Seeley helped lead the Knights defense to a dominant 3-0 week including two conference wins. Seeley and the Geneseo defense limited their opponents to just 14 total goals, including just two goals allowed to the Bengals and three to the Cardinals. Seeley posted 13 ground balls and four caused turnovers.
