2024 SUNYAC Women's Soccer Postseason Matchups Slated; New Paltz No. 1
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - New Paltz women's soccer clinched the top seed in the SUNYAC tournament with a 4-0 win against Oswego on Saturday. Cortland took the No. 2 seed with a 7-0 win against Buffalo State. As the top two teams, the Hawks and the Red Dragons earned a bye into the SUNYAC women's soccer semifinals.
No. 4 Fredonia will host fifth-seeded Buffalo State and No. 3 Oswego will host sixth-seeded Oneonta at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 2.
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, the winner of the Fredonia/Buffalo State game will travel to New Paltz for a 1 p.m. game while the victor of the Oswego/Oneonta game will go to Cortland for a 3 p.m. match. View the full women's soccer bracket here.
The championship game will be Saturday, Nov. 9 at the higher seed. Cortland won its 10th overall women's soccer championship crown last season. Oneonta leads the conference with 13 overall women's soccer titles. Click here for more history.
