CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has announced its weekly awards selections for Baseball. This week's Athlete of the Week is Brockport's Tom Kretzler, and this week's Pitcher of the Week is Cortland's Mike Harrington.

Kretzer was an impact player for the Green and Gold over the weekend, helping notch a big 16-4 win in the second game of a double header along with keeping his team in the other games. The Albany native finished 1-for-5 against Mount Union, driving in two runs with a long double and later scored a run. In the double header against Suffolk University, Kretzler went a combines 3-for-7 with a double, triple, three RBI and scored two runs. The Golden Eagles will face the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse and Ramapo College to wrap up their spring training trip in Auburndale, Fl. 

Harrington pitched four and two thirds scoreless innings to finish the game in Cortland's 7-3 win over Roger Williams. He allowed only three hits, walked none, and struck out seven batters. The Red Dragons will face Trinity this Tuesday in Lexington, S.C.
