SUNYAC announces men's ice hockey All-Conference selections
CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) is excited to announce the 2018 SUNYAC Ice Hockey All-Conference Teams. These players have shown excellence on the ice and were voted on by SUNYAC coaches.
The SUNYAC men's ice hockey first round games took place Wednesday night where four teams faced off to move on to the semifinals. In two exciting matchups, the Buffalo State Bengals knocked the Potsdam Bears out of post season play with a 4-3 win at home while across the state the Fredonia Blue Devils took down the Plattsburgh Cardinals in a 4-3 win on the road. As post season play continues, Geneseo will host Buffalo State, while Oswego will host Fredonia in the semifinals. Both games will take place this Saturday, February 24 at 7 p.m.
The SUNYAC men's ice hockey individual awards will be announced next week.
