SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Geneseo field hockey finished the regular season undefeated (6-0) to earn the No. 1 seed going into the SUNYAC championship while Cortland (5-1) was second. Both teams will host semifinal games on Wednesday, November 2. The Knights will face the fourth-seeded New Paltz at 4 p.m. while Cortland will take on No. 3 Oneonta at 4:30 p.m. View bracket here.
The 2022 championship game is set for Saturday, November 5 at the higher seed. New Paltz won its sixth SUNYAC field hockey title in 2021. Cortland leads the league with 15 conference titles overall while New Paltz is second and Geneseo has three.
