SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Kathleen McCarey from Geneseo has been named the SUNYAC Women's Crossy Country Runner of the Week for the second time in 2022.
At the Mike Woods Invitational at the National Warplane Museum on Saturday, senior McCarey led for the entire 6K race. She won the race crossing the finish line in 21:11.8 followed by six of her teammates. The Knights earned first place as a team followed by Dickinson and Case Western Reserve.
