SUNYAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship Set for May 5-6
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC men's and women's outdoor track and field championships are set for Friday and Saturday, May 5-6, at Oneonta's All College Track and Field.
The action will start at 2 p.m. on Friday and ends with the men's 10,000-meter run at 6:25 p.m. The championship will resume at 10 a.m. on Saturday starting with the decathlon 110 high hurdles and heptathlon long jump. The meet will conclude with the men's 1600-meter relay at 3:10 p.m. Full Schedule
The Geneseo men have won the last four championships and look to win the programs 10th overall title. Fredonia has the most men's outdoor track and field team crowns overall with 23.
The Geneseo women have won the last five SUNYAC outdoor track and field team titles and have captured 14 overall. Cortland leads the league with 17 women's outdoor track and field team trophies overall.
