No. 3 New Paltz topped No. 6 Brockport, 5-2, while No. 5 Oswego beat No. 4 Plattsburgh 1-0 in double overtime, Saturday in the first round of the SUNYAC women's soccer championship.
The Hawks will travel to face No. 2 Geneseo on Wednesday, November 2 at 1 p.m. while the Lakers will go on the road to play top-seeded Cortland at 1 p.m.
The championship game is set for Saturday, November 5 at 1 p.m. at the higher seed.
