Cortland N.Y.-The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected its first 2018 Men's Lacrosse Goalie and Athlete of the Week. This week's athlete of the week is the junior attacker from Brockport Jake Recor and the goalie of the week is the sophomore from Oneonta Zachary Flynn.
Recor finished the week racking up seven goals over two games while picking up four ground balls. In the first game recorded three goals and three ground balls in the 11-5 lose against Nazareth. Recor's best game came in the 11-6 win over Keuka, where he added four goals, one ground ball, and a caused turnovers.
In the only game last week, Flynn recorded 15 saves in a 9-2 win at Farmingdale. Flynn had an 88.2 save percentage in the win.
