CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) game of the week was a strong back-and-forth contest between two nationally ranked teams last week. In the end, Cortland was able to pull out a 3-2 win against St. Lawrence in overtime.

- 2nd minute - Brandon Gracias finds space in the box and slots home a shot from 12 yards out to give Cortland the 1-0 lead.
· Assisted by Michael Miner - 67th minute - St. Lawrence is awarded a penalty kick after Tapshak Augustine is brought down in the box by a Cortland defender. Jethro Dede steps up to take the penalty kick but the shot hits the right post and is gathered by Cortland goalie Sean Kelly.
- 69th minute - Migell Ormsby picks the ball up at midfield, uses his speed to dribble past the St. Lawrence defense and into the box before chipping the ball over the goalie - Cortland leads 2-0.
- 78th minute - Tapshak Augustine receives the ball at the top of the box, dribbles through four Cortland defenders, then passes the ball to Ethan Riddell. Riddell scores on a tap in from in front of the net to put St. Lawrence on the board.
· Assisted by Tapshak Augustine - 86th minute - Jethro Dede takes advantage of a scramble in front of the Cortland net and tucks the ball into the goal to tie the game at 2-2.
· Assisted by Conor Higgins - 96th minute - Jake Keller gives Cortland the win with a free kick goal from just outside of the box. Keller was able to get the shot over the wall and put it into the left side of the net despite a deflection by St. Lawrence goalkeeper Mike Smith.

- Jake Keller, the Cortland midfielder scored the game-winning goal in the first overtime to give Cortland the win. He put pressure on the St. Lawrence goal throughout the entire game totaling five shots with four on goal.
