CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Geneseo's Deidra Osula (Fredonia, N.Y. Fredonia) as the Swimmer of the Week and Samantha Reichman (Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y. / Cornwall Central) as the Diver of the Week.
Osula, finished first in both of her individual races and helped the Knights finish first in both of the relays. She took first in the 100 meter frestyle with a time of 54.04, and in the 100 meter butterfly with a time of 1:00.12. In the relays, Osula finished the 200 medley relay in 1:51.11 and was the anchor in the 200 meter free medley with a time of 1:38.35.
Reichman swept the diving events at the Fredonia Tri-Meet, winning the 1-meter with a score of 253.85 and the 3-meter with a score of 265.75.
